Ken Mitchell

Ken Mitchell is President and Founder of Mitchell Actuarial Recruiting, a boutique search firm that specializes in recruiting Actuaries, Benefits Consultants and Risk Management professionals for domestic and global clients in both insurance and consulting environments.

Ken Mitchell has a distinguished and successful career in recruiting Actuaries for over 30 years and unsurpassed talent and expertise in matching the professional needs and desires of employers with the professional and personal needs of candidates.

Prior to founding Mitchell Actuarial Recruiting, Mr. Mitchell spent several years in the Real Estate Industry as a Broker for commercial properties in Manhattan. Before Ken worked in the Real Estate Industry, he taught High School in the South Bronx.

Ken Mitchell earned a B.A. in History and an M.S. in Guidance and Counseling from Long Island University.

Mr. Mitchell attributes his success as an Executive Recruiter to his background in teaching, counseling and sales allowing him to apply his skills in helping candidates improve their careers. He has earned the reputation for developing long standing relationships with candidates and clients and for his ability to make highly successful placements throughout the years.

Ken lives in the Pennsylvania area and enjoys spending his free time with his family and vintage automobiles.
